Refunds Policy

At Pool and Spa Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms under which we accept returns and process refunds.
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of collection, provided that:
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You present your proof of purchase
• The item is not excluded from return (see below)
• Returns must be made in-store during business hours.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or required by law:
• Installed or used products
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable remedy, which may include:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, your rights are not limited by this policy.
Change of Mind Returns:
Change of mind returns are accepted at our discretion, provided the item meets our return conditions. A restocking fee may apply in some cases.
How to Return an Item:
1. Bring the item to our store within 14 days of collection
2. Include your original receipt or order confirmation
3. Our team will inspect the item and process your return
Refunds:
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank
• If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit which can be redeemed against future transactions
Please Note:
• Your original Pool and Spa Centre receipt is the best form of proof of purchase
• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
• Please return any and all accessories and manuals supplied with product
